Announces a 4 - Day Training programme on "Laboratory Accreditation and Internal Quality Audit as per ISO 15189 : 2012" at Hotel Abad Plaza, Kochi, From 1st to 4th December 2014 at 9am to
5pm everyday with Lunch & Tea breaks.
The objective of this workshop oriented training programme is threefold:
1. To understand the requirements of ISO 15189 including salient changes from previous version.
2. To effectively implement ISO 15189 in the laboratory, particularly revised requirements.
3. To know the techniques of internal auditing and apply the same for conducting an effective gap analysis and internal audit of LMS.
Our Guest speaker is Dr. A.S. Kanagasabapathy who is the convenor of the QC committee of the Association of Clinical Biochemists of India and is a member of Clinical Chemistry Trainee Advisory council Board of “Clinical Chemistry”, the official journal of the American Association of Clinical Chemistry.
This is intended for all Quality Managers and other senior laboratory personnel who are likely to discharge the responsibility of Quality Managers including Technical Managers of Accredited laboratories as well as laboratories preparing for accreditation.
